Client BIM Starter Pack
For organisations that need to establish clear BIM requirements for their projects without developing a wider information management framework.
The package includes:
- Exchange Information Requirements (EIR)
- A basic client BIM process covering the key stages of project information delivery
- Alignment with BS EN ISO 19650
- Review of relevant existing client documents and processes
- Up to two client workshops
- One consolidated review and final document update
The EIR will define what information your organisation expects from its project teams, how that information should be managed and the standards and processes that need to be followed.
This package is particularly suitable for clients starting to formalise their BIM requirements or preparing to procure a project where clear information requirements need to be established.

Operational Information Pack
For estates and facilities teams that need to define the information required to operate and manage their assets effectively.
The package includes:
- Organisation Information Requirements (OIR)
- Asset Information Requirements (AIR)
- Alignment with BS EN ISO 19650
- Consideration of existing CAFM, asset management and estate information processes
- Review of relevant existing client information
- Up to two client workshops
- One consolidated review and final document update
The Organisation Information Requirements establish the information your organisation needs to support its wider objectives and decision-making.
The Asset Information Requirements then translate those needs into clear requirements for the information required about your buildings, spaces, systems and assets.
This package is particularly useful where project teams are producing large amounts of information at handover but estates teams are struggling to use it effectively.

Project BIM Pack
For clients that want project BIM requirements properly connected to their operational information needs.
The package includes:

- Project Information Requirements (PIR)
- Project-specific BIM and information management processes
- Alignment with BS EN ISO 19650
- Review of relevant project and organisational information
- Up to three client workshops
- One consolidated review and final document update
The package establishes both what information needs to be delivered by the project and what information the organisation ultimately needs to retain and use.
This helps create a clearer link between design and construction information and the information required by estates and facilities management after handover.

Developed around your organisation
Each document is developed around your organisation, your projects, your existing systems and the way information needs to be used after project completion.
The workshops allow us to understand your current approach, identify what information is genuinely useful and make sure the requirements are proportionate to the organisation and projects they will support.
Where existing documentation is already in place, we will review and build on it rather than starting again unnecessarily.
Aligned with BS EN ISO 19650
All packages are developed with reference to the BS EN ISO 19650 series and established UK information management practice.
The aim is not to add unnecessary process or documentation. It is to establish clear, usable requirements that project teams can understand and that clients can realistically manage.
What's included in the fixed price?
The fixed price covers the documents and workshops listed within each package.
Workshops are held online and can include relevant representatives from capital projects, estates, facilities management, digital, asset management and other teams where appropriate.
The fee also includes a consolidated client review following issue of the draft documents and one final revision incorporating agreed comments.
Additional workshops, major changes to the agreed scope or additional consultancy can be provided separately where required.

If you have an existing EIR, OIR, AIR or BIM standard that needs reviewing or updating, we can also provide a more focused scope rather than asking you to commission documents you do not need.
