Our story
Clients have been underrepresented in BIM and digital construction for too long.
Too often, the industry talks about models, software and compliance before it talks about value. The people funding projects, operating buildings and relying on good information after handover are often the ones with the least influence over how digital delivery is actually set up.
From our work across healthcare and higher education, we have seen the same pattern again and again. Clients are told BIM will improve outcomes, give them better information and support better decisions. But in reality, many are left with processes that do not reflect how they work, information that does not support operations and strategies that feel disconnected from the systems and pressures they already have.
"Lynefield was founded to give clients a stronger voice in BIM and digital construction, and to help them get real operational value from information, not just more process."
Over the past ten years, we have seen where digital construction works, where it falls short and where clients are too often expected to adapt to approaches that were never designed around their operational needs in the first place. We set up Lynefield to change that by helping clients take control of the process, define what good looks like and make sure digital delivery creates genuine value.
Our approach is practical, strategic and grounded in reality. We help clients put clear, workable strategies in place that align with existing systems, support operational needs and make information more useful across the whole asset lifecycle.
That means better requirements, better information, better decisions and better outcomes for the organisations that have to live with the results long after a project team has moved on.
Lynefield exists to make sure the client voice is heard and to help organisations get the value they were promised from BIM and digital construction.
